Chalet Wildfire in Summer

Chamonix Summer Sun at Chalet Wildfire

Chamonix presents exceptional opportunities for climbing, walking, hang gliding,  cycling and of course in winter is recognised as the best known ski resort in the world.

See our summer web site

Our Chalet - Built in traditional Savoyarde style, Chalet Wildfire has been extensively refurbished to provide 5 spacious Guest bedrooms all with private/en-suite bathrooms.  The Chalet has a great lounge with views of Mont Blanc and a dining room with picture windows on 3 sides.

At the end of the garden just above the trees you look directly on to the Bosson Glacier - one of the largest Glaciers in Europe.

Just a few steps along the lane from the entrance to Chalet Wildfire you enter the woods marking the start of the forest, waterfalls and Mont Blanc walking trails.  Some of the trails are also suitable for mountain biking.  Many of the trails that start just behind the chalet feature gentle walks through the woods and alpine meadows, but you always have the option of more serious hiking in the mountains.

Or alternatively, why not just kick back and relax by the pool and enjoy a pool side Barbecue.

Chamonix bars and restaurants offers street side seating. Cable cars and the mountain trains are operational throughout the summer, providing access to the mountain top trails and even to inside the Glacier.
