Don’t forget to include resort preferred dates, number of guests in your party and room type. Double, twin, triple. All rooms have ensuite bathroom. (Shower or bath).
Ski Wildfire caters for the independent traveller. Prices exclude flights and resort transfers see travel options for low cost flights
Book by person, by room or reserve the whole chalet in Chamonix & Breckenridge. In Vail you can also reserve half of the chalet for your party as each half has it’s own lounge and dining area.
Standard prices are in UK £ sterling and based upon two people sharing a room, per person for accommodation and meals as specified.
Bookings normally run from Saturday to Saturday, subject to availability, we may be able to offer stays of varying duration, just ask for a quotation we'd love to hear from you. Ten night options start or finish on a Saturday only.
Surcharges apply for single occupancy , subject to availability.

How to Book
Send an e-mail , use the contact form or call stating which Chalet-Vail, Breckenridge or Chamonix, preferred dates, number of guests in your party and room type(s).
We will normally respond within 24 hours with a quotation and either confirming availability or offering alternatives.
Terms:
Holiday duration one week or greater:
Non refundable deposit: Chamonix - £250 per person per week
Balance: 8 weeks prior to arrival
Christmas, New Year and bookings for USA
Non refundable deposit: £350 per person for week - Balance: 8 weeks prior to arrival
Bookings less than 8 weeks prior to arrival: Full Payment on booking

Insurance - As stated above, insurance is not included. Guests must have adequate Travel/Medical and cancellation insurance which covers all aspects of their holiday for their skiing destination. Your Policy must include equipment hire such as boot and Ski’s. Ski Wildfire cannot be held responsible for any loss that may occur.
Entry requirements for the U.S
Since 12 January 2009, if you are travelling under the Visa Waiver Programme, you must have Travel Authorisation. You can receive Travel Authorisation by completing the online form. The good news is this saves time at the other end and the hassle of filling in forms whilst travelling.
